Tai Chi is an ancient discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of exercises. It is a great martial art for practitioners of all levels. If you are looking to start learning about tai chi or want to practice tai chi in the comfort of your own home, then the Center is the right place for you.  The Zen Tai Chi Society (Hội Thiền Quyền Dưỡng Sinh) hosts weekly classes from 8am to 11:30am on Sundays. Tai chi is a great addition to your existing home workout routine or program.

In addition, Zen Tai Chi Association is also a place for people to make friends, exchange life experiences, have fun in love, as well as develop other artistic talents.
